Reduce engine power light on, replaced throttle body and ignition switch, everytime I turn the key on, it blows the E T C #23 fuse. the code is the 1512. Something is blowing this fuse, I have checked most of the wires, except in the harness. I have taken the dashboard out and checked wiring, nothing...
I've been working on this for 2 weeks and I am totally stumped

the pedal sensor is most likely the issue. disconnect it and see if the fuse holds
