2002 Ford Windstar Turn Sharply Front Tires Seems Drift Even Surface Dry

When I turn sharply, the front tires seems to "drift" even when the surface is dry. Just momentarily, and I just changed to new tires, so it can't be a tire problem. Why would it do so?

Check all steering components to make sure nothing is loose.
