I have a 2002 Ford Windstar SE van with a 3.8 v6 in it. Water/coolant gets in the cylinders and/or oil. I recently changed oil and filter to maybe help the sputtering in the engine. after doing this and run the engine, it slightly improves idle. What could it be. I first thought vehicle needed a tune up, found out there was water/coolant getting into the oil.
