Would you give me an advise on what would be better to buy for a Scan tool, I am tinking on either Innova 3160 or Actron CP9190

3160 Innova does more like ABS codes

Nether one of those are actually real scan tools. They are designed to help with generic codes and issues but don't even begin to compare with the capabilities of a real professional scan tool that would sell for thousands. They are good for the average DIYer though.

As Wrenchtech said they are good for in home use and quick codes check
if a scanner that you are looking for have to determine what cars you work on most as the price can differ in thousands of dollars
