Just replaced the motor. Not turning over. Cant even hear the fuel pump. What's going on.

The motor was used. the starter came from the other motor. it worked fine before so it should crank. now the fuel pump isn't even coming on. is there a relay or switch that controls this.

Does it have power to any circuits?
