engine kepps sshutting off

when i drive and come to a stop sign or top lights and have to wait , within a minute the engine goes into a rough idle , then dies , when put int reverse it dies. when yo start the truck cold it has a rougyh idle ... when it goes into a rough idle the the gauge shows it is under 1000 rpm ... my code reader shows p0700 and po563. can u help , i m stmped thanks
