ford windstar blower motor

the blower motor will not run. I checked the fuses changed the relay tested the moter and inspected the resistor and found no problems can you help? 2002 ford windstar backe blower works fine

sorry not much help there no amp meter. But i jumped accross the relay terminal fan works fin on all 3 speeds. thank you for teying to help

Put new relay in it did not fix the problem. ty
