Firstly, If you fill the compressor, and switch on, the pipe going to the evaporator get freezing, after a while, the rear start getting cold, while the front vent blowing hot.

If it continues the AC compressor starts smoking.

Try pulling fuse for hvac inside car with key on for 60 seconds it may reset the actuator. If not seeif actuator is getting power or not it may be a bad actuator as that controls temp inside car.
