i need help i think it is my catalyic converter if i just sit in my van and take the rpm up 4000 it wont go past it how hot is the catalytic converter to get and is there any way i can test to see if it is that i just need help with this van

Disconnect the exhaust pipe at the exhaust manifold or at the catalytic converter front side-

It can be done by a vacuum gauge, pressure tester and TAS machine

I had fuel injectors blown out by a mechanic,drove about5 miles van overheated we put antifreeze in it,it started ,we drove home it was blowing smoke from the exhaust.Van keeps loosing power after driving and then stalls.What could be the problem?
