2002 Ford Transit Fill Oil Maximum After 60 Miles Minimum T Find Leak On

I fill up the oil to maximum and after 60 miles it goes to minimum. And I can't find any leak on the engine. What can be the problem?

Check for signs of white ash build up on the spark plugs, if there are no leaks i will be going out the exhaust.
