As silly as this may sound, I am doing a tune up. The first three plugs were easy to locate rich in front, the other three are located in the rear part. My problem is how to remove the plenum (manifold) as I have the Chilton manual and it does not explain on how to access. I have researched the internet but still have not found anything that gives in detail. I'm looking for detail pictures and names to match so that I can identify each. I hope I make sense.

WHEN I DID MY WIFE'S '03 ESCAPE

I JUST SORTA WENT FOR IT!

ANYTIME I WORK ON ANYTHING, I USE A BOX TO INSURE EVERYTHING GOES BACK IN THE SAME HOLES, AND I WRITE DOWN ANYTHING ELSE THAT I MIGHT NEED TO REMEMBER. (AT THE BOTTOM IS A PIC OF WHERE I DID MY JEEP CJ-5s TIMING CHAIN)

BESIDE THAT IS PICS OF THE ESCAPE, AND "MY BABY"

THIS NEXT DEAL MIGHT BE A PLACE YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT!

LOOK SEVERAL OVER, FIND THE FELLER THAT 'SPLAINS STUFF WELL, AND TAKES GOOD FOOTAGE. CLICK ON MY LINK

Don't remove the plenum I know it say's to but not the easiest way to do it. Remove the wipers and wiper cowl with wiper motor and all. It wil open up space between the windshield and the hood and give enough room to get it done.
