If shocks and struts don't wear out, then why do I have a loud bang in the rear when I hit a bump? What would be my problem? Please be specific so I can understand nobody takes advantage of an old women.
Thank You

On struts, they are centered in the middle. My wifes Honda had it happen where they wore down and would make a banging noise when going over even a small bump. Replaced the center bushings and works fine. You will need to use a spring compressor to get it loose enough to change the center bushings.
