Fuel gauge reads between 1/2 and 1/3. Replaced fuel pump and sending unit. No blown fuses found.

Did it do the same thing with the old pump? If so, have you checked grounds? Also, were the connectors clean and tight on the pump? If everything is good as far as ground and power and connectors, then either the body control module (BCM) or the gauge itself is bad.

Yes, after changing the pump it reads the same. all electrical connections looked clean & were tight fitting.

If all wiring is good, it is either a bad gauge or BCM.
