Electrical problem,please help me?!

First started when my window would not go back up. Dealer said that I had a bad GEM module. I replaced it , never fixed the problem. Now, the power lock and window controls don't work on the driver side. It makes a weird clicking noise when pressed and the dome light and dash lighs will flicker.some times the dome light comes on buy itself when the car is off and it drains the battery. The lights under the side mirrors do the same. People are calling my car Christine. Can you help me?
