2002 ford ranger xlt truck chugging tried plugs,filter,cleaned air sensor,cab cleaned intake and added lucas injector cleaner is this the coil or a fuel issue

IF the check engine light is on, have the compiter scanned. Check for vacuum leaks. Check fuel pump pressure.
