what cause the car to vibrate and shake.

when car heats up and i drive for five blocks and come to a stop the car starts to shake and vibrates,then when i apply the gas it continue to shake even more after a minute it jumps it place and drives ok.

Check the idle air control valve and also the TPS and MAF sensor-to include a fuel pressure check
