Do I need to refill clutch fluid?

When I push my clutch in, it makes a high-pitch squeeling noise and it is very hard to put into gear. The noise goes away when I accelerate to drive.

Symptoms indicates a bad throw-out (release bearing) and maybe a failing clutch.

Not likely to be a clutch hydraulic fault so topping up i s not going to help.
