2002 Ford Mustang Had New Clutch Put About 6 Weeks Ago Now Hearing Whining

I had a new clutch put in about 6 weeks ago. now i am hearing a whining noise coming from that area. when i let off the clutch i hear it even if the car in in neutral but as soon i i press the clutch in the noise goes away. i have no idea what it is can you please help me

take it back to where it was installed andhave them check it out it could be practically anything and if it's a clutch issue they shold fix it without charge.
