I'm not too familiar with this vehicle, however, the oil pans all do the same thing and are replaced basically the same way. First, check to see if there is enough clearance under the front end to remove the pan. If there isn't, you may have to lift the engine to remove it. Once you are ready, the pan unbolts from the engine block. There are several bolts that will hold it on. Remove all of them, then clean the old gasket from the pan. Install the new gasket and reinstall the pan.
NOTE: Drain engine oil prior to removing the pan.
