How much do you think an average garage would charge to replace Offside front suspension arm ball joint? (failed MOT)

My car failed it mot on the following points -
001 Parking brake lever has no reserve travel.
002 Registration plate lamp bulb not working.
003 Offside front suspension arm has excessive play in ball joint.
004 Nearside front tyre has ply or cords exposed.

I am having 2 x front tyres tomorrow so that solves point 004 and I am buying the bulb for 002 which i am sure i can manange but i am unsure how much its likely to cost to repair 001 and 003.

Your advice would be muchly appreciated.

Thanks

A Ball joint will be around $50.00 about 1/2 Hr labour, the park brake may just be adjustment if rear brakes passed inspection, you will also need to get a front wheel alignment as well.
