Car runs unevenly, then today started racing(goes 40 mph without touching the accelerator)
I scanned it says: Idle Air Control Overspeed error.

idle air control sounds like it has failed and needs to be replaced

Sounds like abad PCV hose. often when these get holes in them the rpm's will race. check this hose for a leak or soft spot---replace it if needed. often you can hear the vacuum leak if it is the pcv hose. The PCV valve and hose is located behind the intake manifold, the hose is about the diameter of a quarter. If not leaks are found, check the throttle body gasket for leaks as well.
