But now it does not start it will not role over it has no dash lights or head lights. It has a brand new battery and new battery terminals.

Have the battery bench charged and load tested just to make sure that the battery is serviceable, with that done make sure that the alternator output is okay, with a fully charged new battery, running you will want to see about 13.5V. Start here.

On my 2002 ford focus, I have a problem with acceleration when the engine is cold. The acceleration is sluggish but once the car warms up, the car seems to run just fine. Any solutions? There is no check engine light on, the last tune up was about 6 months ago, I replaced the spark plugs, the coil pack, spark plug wires, and oil. Mind you this was to fix an existing problem of a misfire that turned out to be an air leak.

It turned out to be the fuel filter along with a bad motor mount. I know the Motor mount wasn't the sluggishness, but it was causing the car to vibrate like crap.

The car hardly accelerates the the more throttle given the slower it goes. I have replaced the egr and fuel filter and checked for vacuum leaks, which I didn't find, the car has a slight miss at idle and smell like it is runnin rich
