Flushing may not be necessary, Many times at parts stores, someone there might check to see what you have in the system now (Maybe off the clock) It may just need to be "Topped Off". Gauges will tell the tale.
You may have an issue similar to our '95 Neon, we've got a really slow leak, it'll make it thru the summer, but by the next summer, it will have dropped enough to make the low pressure switch drop out.
It takes 1/2 a can to a full can, to bring it back up to correct pressure to make it thru the summer. Been doin' this going on 4 years.I think next time, I'm gonna let the pros do it, as I know Oil Charge is soon to maybe play in on it, if it too is being lost.
