Water leak from the side rear window

When it rains water is leaking from the side rear window. It's a three door. any common faults with this as the window seal looks okay?

spray soapy water on the outside use compressed air on the inside to find the leak. Then remove the outside molding around the window. Just where the leak is in reseal it with a tube of urethane and a caulking gun.
