mycar idle rough when stopped a red lights

1.Defective spark plugs
2.Inadequate spark/coil,defective spark plug wire.
3.Lack of compression
4.False air leakage.
5.Faulty fuel injectors.
6.Insufficient fuel pressure.
7.Contaminated fuel.
8.EGR valve that is leaking.
9.Oxygen sensors.
10.Throttle position sensor.
11.Manifold absolute pressure sensor
12.Mass Airflow Sensor
13.Idle air control valve

# 13 is a EZ remove and clean!

I'd pick door #13 as my 1st choice to tackle 1st!

Although this is not your vehicle (it's my wifes 6 cyl Escape), it is the same the same problem that removing and cleaning may fix you up!

If this was not it, you just eliminated the IAC, as being the problem....12 to go!

Aussie AU falcons have a problem with faulty inlet manifold gaskets, check that it is not leaking, often around cyl 5&6
