EXPLAIN IN DETAIL---WHAT EXACTLY "STUCK" MEANS?

IT KEEPS TRYING TO TURN AFTER THE KEY IS RELEASED?

IT JAMS IN THE FLYWHEEL AND YOU HAVE TO REMOVE IT TO GET IT LOOSE?
