2002 Ford F-250 ignition failure

It is hard to crank in the mornings you have to plug it up. If it's been plugged up will run good. I've replaced all the glow plugs and I took out all the injectors and replaced the seals but it still does the same thing and when I try to crank it. It shakes but I do know that some of the injectors are bad. this is a diesel truck 7.3L.

it will run and idle hot with no problem, i would be checking t hat all the glow plugs are working and that the glow plug voltage is correct, you may have a coolant temp sensor problem.
