i went down a muddy/ wet road through some water, truck ran fine until i got home and a hour later i started it up and now it is misfiring

it is the 6th , and 4.6l efi

ok, miss fires come from compression, plug, coil, vacuum leak, injector failure or wiring issue.
check these. most common is the plug and coil
