My pickup has bad rattles when I get to 60 mph

Feels like its choking, and has no horsepower what would be the problem? I had a mechanic fix a vaccine vac. hose and clean the throttle body it fixed it for a while but now the service engine light is blinking.

Get the codes read as a first step. Blinking is for misfires and may be causing converter damage post the codes here.
