What will happen to a motor if you put sand and antifreeze where you add oil

If it was started after, you could have real serious damage. If you are able to clean it out without starting it, you would be fine.

You're only supposed to put oil in there!
Good luck in getting it all out
I wouldn't sweat the anti-freeze. Just get all of the sand out!
Drop the pan. Etc, to get it all!
The Oil filter may have kept it out of the engine---but it did run thru the oil pump and passages to get "Hopefully Stopped" there.
