fuse number 15 blows causing not being able to shift out of park, interior lights, and sealt belt warning lights not to work. The windshield leaks and from what I have searched I think I may have a problem with GEM module. Any suggestions. Is the GEM testable and where the heck is the thing.

Most likely faulty brake pressure switch ie. F150 burns to ground
