Replaced front wheel hubs and that did nothing Checked fluids for transfer case as well

I have a 2002 ford explorer that shudders or vibrates I. The front when turning from a stop or reversing what could this be?

check that the front brake calipers are not holding on a little, easy to test, jack up a wheel and ensure wheel spins freely with no brake drag, also check that front pads are not worn low and are worn in a taper, thicker at top to bottom or vice versa.
