2002 Ford Explorer steering dragging

my steering is dragging toward the passenger side as i drive, i have change tie rod and alignment was done.but am still experiencing this problem
pls what should i do

move front tires to back first as that may be the cause. then make sure you get on a level road that doesn't lean towards right and see if it is still doing it. If alignment is correct it shouldn't do that unless the camber is off.
