what to do with the squeaking sounds i hear on my vechiole

i have a 2002 ford explorer .i hear some squeaking noises wen im driving it .its not from the brakes its more like its from sort of springs

More that likely its subframe bushings this is a common thing with the explorers. take a peak underneath cracked/exsessively worn rubber bushings against metal make the sqeek you are hearing
