2002 Ford Explorer Neutral Safety Switch Located On This Vehicle Told Replace

where is the neutral safety switch located on this vehicle? i was told to replace it. my problem is sometimes the ignition won't turn and the streering wheel locks up. I push the key in farther and it turns over but then the car won't stay running.

you need a key tumbler.

i would not listen to this persons ideas as he is way off base
