2002 Ford Explorer Car Turned Completely Off Brake Lights Stayed On Friend

My car was turned completely off but the brake lights stayed on.. My friend starts playin around with fuses in the fuse box and now the car won't start at all!!!.. && the brake lights are still on! Please help!

your brake light switch may be bad. if you have your manual check to make sure all your fuses are in the correct spot, under dash and underhood, it should start then. Make sure relays are in correct spot as well the underhood box shold be marked where what goes.if the car turnsove r pay particular attention to ign and ecm fuses.
