a/c compressor takes about 4-5 days to leak everything

Hi i have 2002 expedition 5.4 my truck has a/c problem since i bought the truck change the a/c compressor takes about 4-5 days to leak everything.

i add die in the system but i did not see them anywhere i don't know where the leaks from ....

if there is no leaks externally, it leaves the evaporator inside the car. if it is, that is a big job that requires replacement along with the dryer and liquid line.
