I have pulled the fuse to disable it, but how can it be fixed thank you for your time!!!

I have a 2002 Ford Expedition and the brake lights wont turn off even when the SUV is shut off. HELP

The brake light switch is at the top of the brake pedal. Check to make sure it isn't stuck or damaged.
