transmission starts to make noise

After driving about 10 or 15 miles the transmission starts to make noise like it needs oil. It sounds like the gears are grinding. I already changed the trans filter and oil and replaced the differential oil.

it drives fine when i first take off. Its just after it warms up it starts to act up. it drives fine on the freeway but city traffic makes it sound worse. once it cools down it stops.

It may need the fluid topped off or changed. Check the fluid to see if it is dirty, change it if it is and then make sure it is up to level. Check the level with engine hot and running after driving it.
