Runs great but won't start at times! Getting gas and plugs are getting fire, engine turning over. After it sets awhile it starts. Fuel pump is working, listened for for it to kick on!

If you have spark and fuel to the engine, it has to start unless there is a timing issue, low compression, or no power to the fuel injectors. Since the car runs good, timing and compression can't be the problem. So, either you are getting low pressure from the fuel pump (due to a weak pump or plugged filter) or the injectors are not getting power. You need to check the actual fuel pressure when it doesn't start. Also, make sure the spark to the plugs is blue in color.
