its about 19 degrees here in ohio, when i start my car and start driving for an hour, my temp gauge reads cold, itll go up a bit between cold and normal then drop to cold, i even have the heat off while im driving, my thermostat is original and i just put a new radiator in it back in december but i have no clue why it runs cold my coolant is good for 25 below zero

change the thermostat, original???? it is 11 years old. it needs to be changed
