I have removed the brake caliper and caliper bracket. The rotor is stuck. It does not want come off the hub.How do you recommend removing the brake rotor? This one has been on the vehicle for over 150K miles. There is some rust on the side of the rotor. Are there any tools that can help with this problem?

Usually just taking a hammer and striking it between the wheel studs will free it. Be careful not to hit the studs.
If all else fails you can heat it a little with a torch, but that is last resort.
