2002 Ford E Series Van Step On Gas Loose Ac Vents Defrost Floor Let Off Gas

When i step on the gas, I loose the AC from vents it goes to defrost and floor.. If i let off gas it comes back to vents again..

bad check valve on vacuum control for vent controls. it is under the hood up on firewall.
