Van starts great cold, idles fast but runs good, but wont restart warm unless you hold gas to floor to start. Seems like it is loading with fuel. A shop said it was the ECM

It could be the ECM. However, have you checked fuel pump pressure to make sure the regulator is doing its job? Also, has the check engine light ever come on?
