2002 Ford E Series Van S First Conversion Side Door Doesn T Open Right You

It's my first conversion van and the side door doesn't open right. You can open the first half but when you go to open the second half it only opens like 5 in. Didn't know if there was a second lever you had to pull on to get it to open all the way

no, it may be the track for the door or the hinges may be worn out
