2002 Ford E Series Van Mode Selector Control Does Change Air Direction Vent

mode selector control does not change air direction vent, floor,air,and defrost. Stuck on defrost and does not make noise when I change it. I can get to three (two inside dash and one lower passinger side at fan) things that make it happen. I can move them with my hand and they snap back where they started.

check the vacuum motro i have pointted out and check for a vacuum leak, that should bet vacuum when you push defrost or vetn etc. it may be a leak or bacd control.
