Ok so I'm looking at this crown vic and the over drive light comes on and flashes when you go over 55mph can any one help me?

Stop driving the vehicle.
Your car is in "Emergency Drive Mode"
Usually cuts off 2 cylinders to keep heat lower until you can get to a repair shop
Take in for Diagnostic NOW.
