2002 Fiat Punto Car Still Runs Sounds Fan Running After Turned Off Engine

My car still runs and sounds like the fan is still running after i have turned off the engine. The cooler/heater is high and now an engine check light is comining on intermittently. The battery is fine but it would not start the other day and i had to leave it until the following day when it started but shudders while engine is turned on. Please help as the garage i take muy car to can not find a fault

Could be the blower motor relay-also you need to have the car's computer scanned for code/s to find out what's causing the check engine light to come on-
