the car was having noise in right side

if the car requires repair of suspension, head work(tappet)& oil seal within 10000-18000kms &within 1 year of purchase. can this be due to mfg.defect?

Noise whenever car was started after rest and the steering was turned on right. this was noticed within 3months of purchase. the noise would go after 5-6 kms. the dealer & mfr. checked the vehicle at my residence & confirmed the defect. they also found defect in suspension, oil seal & tappet.

the insurance company attributes the defects to mfg . defects while the absolves itself of any fault. my compensation is heldup.kindly help

Is it an after market warranty you have? They should cover defects regardless of who caused them. Unless, they were done on purpose
