2002 Dodge Viper Took Aperformance Box Out Fire Fuel Got Key Chime Got Half

took aperformance box out it has no fire or fuel.got the key chime going got half the gauges working. the part is aroe racing vec 1. the guy pulled it out and the car wont start. it cranks fine. am i looking at a locked anti theft module? I have programed the key fobs.

try resetting anti ftheft, it may need ecm reprogrammed, scan for codes an check fuelpressure.
